She has coordinated high-profile special events and media outreach campaigns for clients like Bill Cosby, Robin Givens, Debbie Morgan, Della Reese, Nikki Giovanni, Dottie Peoples, Clifton Powell, Keith Washington, and Christopher Williams – to name a few. Moreover, in 2013, she drove the PR efforts for Martin Luther King's 50th Anniversary event in Washington, DC driving top tier and local media from around the country. She even oversaw the PR efforts for one of the anniversary's featured events which was a casting call for ABC's The Shark Tank, landing interviews for Mark Cuban.
Her communications initiatives have proven successful for leading brands such as LEVEL 3 (technology), Coca Cola and Dr Pepper, Dell Computers (consumer technology), Broadwing Communications (telecom), Perical Solutions (B2B technology), Simpler Networks (B2B technology), Colgate-Palmolive Corporation, Nabisco SnackwellTM, Chick-fil-A, ESPN Zone, Party City, Turner Broadcasting, Open Range Communications, and Universal Healthcare Services Associates (a healthcare consulting start-up). Her corporate experience includes serving as a Public Relations Manager for BellSouth Corporation (consumer division) and Cox Communications (consumer media relations and investor relations).
